MAIN STATION EAST CONCRETE REPLACEMENT

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing concrete pavement at the Main Station East entrance. The work encompasses full‑depth demolition, removal of existing curbs, protection of existing utilities and infrastructure, preparation of the aggregate base, and installation of new reinforced concrete pavement with appropriate joints, curbs, and a re‑installed air‑hose reel. The contractor must comply with prevailing‑wage requirements, submit a 10 % bid bond, provide required insurance, and meet M/WBE participation goals.
