Description
The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisitions Branch intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced sole source contract to Town of Dutch John for recurring residential garbage pickup and disposal for Government-owned housing within the Flaming Gorge Field Division located inside the Town of Dutch John. The contract is classified under NAICS Code 562111 - Solid Waste Collection.
• The government anticipates award by the end of February 2026.
• The determination not to compete this proposed Order was made pursuant to the 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii).
