604 Liberty Avenue Facade Improvements

The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is seeking bids for the facade renovation and improvements of a three-story building located at 604 Liberty Avenue. The scope of work includes limited demolition, existing masonry cleaning and repairs, architectural millwork, aluminum cleaning and painting, and masonry work. The project duration is 116 consecutive days from the receipt of the notice to proceed.
