Description
The St Johns Public School District is seeking a vendor to provide structured cabling services for one of its school buildings. The project includes the installation of category 6e cables, data jacks, and other related components. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The district is expecting the project to be completed within 35 days, starting from July 1, 2026. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed bill of materials, warranty documentation, and testing documentation.
• The project includes the installation of 75 category 6e data drops at the St John Early Learning Center.
• The vendor will be required to provide a written guarantee/warranty covering the installed cabling system against defects in workmanship, components, and performance.
• The vendor will be required to provide testing documentation, including test reports and certification documents.
• The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder that best meets the needs of the district.
