Description
This opportunity seeks qualified vendors to provide school‑bus transportation (and possible on‑board monitoring) for a set of schools and county‑to‑district routes for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The district is asking vendors to supply anticipated student counts per route and indicate which routes will require monitors. The service area includes Rockland and Westchester counties in New York, with potential extensions to schools in New Jersey and Connecticut. Vendors must be able to operate school buses, meet safety standards, and possibly provide qualified monitoring staff.
• Service covers multiple schools (e.g., Reach Academy, Green Meadows, Rye Lake Middle/High, etc.) and county‑to‑district routes (Rockland → Nyack UFSD, Westchester → Nyack UFSD).
• Vendor must estimate student volumes per route (the addendum lists sample counts for 12 sites).
