Description
The Town of Falmouth, Department of Public Works, is seeking quotes for Turf Management at Athletic Fields. The contract will have a time period of one year with an option to renew for an additional two one-year extensions. The successful Service Provider must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond with a surety company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• The request for services quote and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
• Quotes are welcome from minority and female businesses.
• The quote security will be retained until the successful Service Provider has executed the contract with the Town, whereupon it will be returned.
• Service Providers may not withdraw their quotes for a period of 120 calendar days, after the actual date of the opening of the quotes.
