Scrap Disposal - Guam

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide scrap removal, demilitarization, mutilation, and de-manufacturing operations, including disposal and recycling, for various materials in Guam. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, containers, tools, materials, supervision, vehicles, and other items or services necessary to perform the work. The contract is anticipated to have a 30-month base period and a 30-month option period. The contractor will be responsible for meeting the standards for disposal and recycling as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Some key aspects of the job include: • Scrap removal and disposal • Demilitarization, mutilation, and de-manufacturing operations • Provision of personnel, equipment, and materials • Compliance with Performance Work Statement standards • Work to be performed in Guam, with possible additional locations
