Capital Program and Project Management Services

The Charles County Government is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional program and project management services for the design and construction of various County Capital Improvement Projects. The selected firm will manage assigned capital projects in a professional manner, administering projects in an expeditious and economical manner consistent with the best interest and goals of the County. The scope of work includes managing capital projects through planning, design, construction, warranty, and close out. Typical projects include transportation facilities, water and sewer facilities, stormwater management/drainage facilities, solid waste (landfill) facilities, NPDES/environmental compliance, and vertical construction. • The contract will be awarded for a period of time, but the exact duration is not specified. • The firm will be required to provide personnel, services, and resources to conduct quality work without delay. • The firm will be required to demonstrate at least ten (10) years of experience in providing capital improvement projects (CIP) project management services for public entities and operations. • The firm will be required to provide a company overview, experience, and qualifications, as well as information regarding firm ownership, background, and organizational structure. • The firm will be required to provide a description of the proposed methodology to complete the scope of work.
