Description
The City of South Fulton is seeking a firm to provide comprehensive design, preconstruction, and construction services for the Municipal Court Facility Interior Building-Out and Rehabilitation Project. The project includes the renovation of an existing building to serve as the City's Municipal Court facility. The scope of work includes interior building-out, rehabilitation, and completion of the existing building. The project requires a Progressive Design Build (PDB) services approach.
