Quail Creek 2026 Street & Drainage Improvements - Merriam, KS

The City of Merriam is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive street and drainage rehabilitation program in the Quail Creek area. Work includes full pavement replacement on multiple residential streets, associated curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramp, inlet top, storm‑water pipe lining or replacement, and pavement markings. The project will be executed under sealed‑bid procedures with the bid opening scheduled for early March 2026. • Replace pavement on 69th St, 69th Terrace, 70th St, Kessler St, Grandview St, Eby Ave, Benson St, and Slater St. • Install isolated curb & gutter sections, new sidewalks, ADA‑compliant ramps, and inlet tops. • Perform storm‑water pipe lining/replacement and apply new pavement markings throughout the scope. • All work must comply with City of Merriam specifications and be completed within the contract period set by the award.
