F103--Intent to Sole Source Phigenics LLC SPS Water Management Program Water Testing and PhiAnalytics Data Management Services at the Baltimore and Perry Point VAMC Base Plus Four Option Years

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Phigenics LLC for a Sterile Processing Service Water Management Program, Water Testing, and Data Management Services at the Baltimore and Perry Point VAMC. The contract will be for a base year plus four option years. The contractor will provide a comprehensive Water Management Program, water testing, and implement a Web-based Data Management System to record, store, and report all data in alignment with AAMI ST-108:2023. The contractor must demonstrate experience with overseeing the operation of Sterile Processing Services in a healthcare environment and have environmental microbiology accreditation by a nationally recognized accrediting body. Key aspects of the job include: • Developing a Water Management Program for the sterile processing service water systems • Providing water testing services • Implementing a Web-based Data Management System • Providing WMP operation services in support of the Water Management Team • Maintaining, assisting, and advising in the operation of the WMP • Recommending and implementing changes to the WMP as directed by the Water Management Team
