Description
The California Department of Highway Patrol is seeking a qualified, DGS‑certified small or micro business to provide annual roof maintenance services for its Oakhurst Area Office and associated out‑buildings. The contractor will be responsible for yearly inspections, debris removal, gutter cleaning, safety‑compliant work practices, and detailed reporting, all under a three‑year contract term. The work requires a current C‑39 roofing license, DIR public‑works registration, and comprehensive insurance, and it is limited to small‑business participants only.
• Annual (once‑yearly) roof inspection, cleaning, and debris removal during the fall season (Oct‑Nov).
• Completion of a standardized Roof Inspection Checklist, photographic documentation, and a 90‑day workmanship guarantee.
