Description
The County of Delaware is seeking bids to install a new 2‑inch water service line and a hose bib at Little Flower Park, including the provision and installation of a meter pit. The project is funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rules. Bidders may elect to use either standard material or an alternate 2‑inch SDR‑9 polyethylene pipe, with the opportunity to submit a negative cost difference if the alternate is cheaper. All bid documents are available on PennBid, and the pre‑bid conference on March 20, 2026 is highly recommended.
