Concept Design Services for the 44th Avenue East Project

The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting qualifications from firms for developing a concept design for improvements along a 22.5 acre waterfront parcel with 7,550 feet of shoreline on the St. Louis River and Allouez Bay. The project goals are to protect shoreline resources, enhance access and support the removal of Beneficial Use Impairments.
