Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for AERSCREEN software and license maintenance renewals. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bid must include all items specified in the bid solicitation, and the seller must quote all items to be eligible for award. The contract term will be for 365 days, and the city will have no obligation to receive or pay for products or services after the contract term.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through PHLContracts.
• The total amount of the bid must be less than $43,000.
• The bid must be valid for 60 days from the submission date.
• The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• The seller must comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation, ordinances, executive orders, rules, and regulations of any governmental body.
