Description
Rowan University is seeking a general contractor to provide services related to the renovation of an existing facility. The project involves renovating a 56,708 square foot building to create offices, cubicles, conference rooms, and support spaces. The contractor will be responsible for completing all tasks necessary to complete the renovation project, including providing everything reasonably necessary to accomplish the proper and complete finishing of the work.
* The project requires compliance with New Jersey state law and University policies.
* The contractor must provide a proposal security in the amount of 10% of the proposal or $20,000.
* The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible proposal price.
