Water Tank Rehabilitation Project

The City of Riverton is seeking bids for the Water Tank Rehabilitation Project. The project involves sandblasting, removing and replacing the interior coating of the Water Treatment Plant's 2-million gallon storage tank, replacing the interior ladder and ladder safety climb device, and preparing and coating the exterior of the storage tank. The project must be completed in accordance with ANSI/AWWA Standard D102 and Wyoming Community Development Block Grant Funding. • The project includes interior beam replacement and caulking with elastomeric joint sealant. • The project requires a pre-bid meeting, which is mandatory for all bidders. • The bid form has been modified to include additional costs for lead abatement and replacement of the manway and float on the liquid level reader board. • The project has a substantial completion date of October 16, 2026.
