HID ACCESS CONTROL CARDS (BRAND ONLY)

The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for HID access control cards (brand only). The contract requires the provision of 15,000 HID Comp IClass Prox 2K/2 PRGRMD cards and HID Corporate 1000 maintenance fee services. The cards must be compatible with the existing HID Corporate 1000 access control system. Bidders must be authorized distributors or resellers of HID Global products. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The bidder must provide a completed Request for Bid (RFB) form, Appendix A package, and other required documents. • The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of HID Global products. • The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming authorization to offer the products. • The contract requires compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and indemnify the County against any claims or damages.
