The New York State Office of General Services is seeking bids for the provision of fire protection modifications at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, in Albany, New York. The project involves construction work and has a contract term of 638 days. The estimated cost of the contract is between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the amount of $80,400 and must comply with the requirements of the Project Labor Agreement.
