Description
The North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board (NCHILB) is seeking a qualified vendor to design and update a four-hour continuing education course for licensees. The course should cover the topic of "Introduction to Pre-drywall Inspection" and meet the Board's Standard of Practice requirements. The vendor will be required to meet with the NCHILB Education Committee, develop a course outline and materials, and provide instructor training. The vendor will also be responsible for providing a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and attending meetings with the NCHILB Board.
