Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide mowing services at the Markland Locks and Dam project recreation and operational areas. The contractor will be required to furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles to perform the mowing services. The contract will be for a base year with options for additional years. The contractor will be required to attend a preperformance meeting and submit monthly invoices for the work completed.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must acknowledge the amendment to the solicitation prior to submitting their quote.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide all necessary planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection to ensure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements.
