The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply Alba‑brand blood‑bank tube reagents for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center laboratory. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with a base period of one year (Oct 10 2026 – Sep 30 2027) and up to four one‑year options, for a total possible contract length of five years. All items must be Alba or an authorized Alba distributor, with strict regulatory (FDA, CLIA, CAP) and security compliance.
• Provide Alba‑brand tube‑method reagents (cells, QC kits, IgG‑sensitized and C3‑coated cells) on a 4‑week replenishment cycle (28 units per cycle).
• Deliver to the VA Blood Bank laboratory in Jackson, MS; shipments must be sealed, labeled, and include stability data.
• Vendor must meet HUBZone/EDWOSB/SDVOSB small‑business eligibility, electronic invoicing, and detailed record‑management and security reporting requirements.
