The City of Davenport is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering services for the development of plans and specifications for the bidding and construction of three projects that will reduce the frequency and severity of crashes for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorists. The projects include converting an existing signalized intersection to a modern roundabout, constructing dual left-turn lanes, and replacing an unsignalized T-intersection with a one-lane modern roundabout.
