Budget estimate

$5,000 – $50,000

Since no federal funding is available for this opportunity, and exhibitors are solely responsible for the transportation, drayage, assembly, and breakdown of all equipment and display materials, it is difficult to estimate the potential budget. However, considering the costs associated with participating in the Safety Expo, such as equipment transportation and display, a reasonable estimate for the budget could be in the range of $5,000 to $50,000, depending on the scope and complexity of the demonstration. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the size and type of demonstration, the number of attendees, and the level of engagement with the technology or innovation.
