FY26 NW St. Joseph Metro Building A & D Flat and Mansard Roof Replacement

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking qualified contractors to replace the flat and mansard roofs of Building A and D at the NW St. Joseph Metro facility. The project involves removing existing EPDM roofing, flashing, cover board, and insulation, and installing new insulation, cover board, and TPO roofing on Building D. Additionally, the contractor will remove existing shingled mansard roofing to sheathing and install furring material and metal roofing panels on Building A and D. The contractor must also install flashing for a weather-tight and complete roofing system on both buildings. Some key requirements and scope-of-work details include: * Removing existing EPDM roofing, flashing, cover board, and insulation on Building D * Installing new insulation, cover board, and TPO roofing on Building D * Removing existing shingled mansard roofing to sheathing and installing furring material and metal roofing panels on Building A and D * Installing flashing for a weather-tight and complete roofing system on both buildings * Providing a one-year warranty for parts and labor * Scheduling a mandatory site visit with Matt Moppin * Submitting a list of subcontractors for any portion of the project over 1% * Providing proof of OSHA 10 for all employees
