Parker Sanders Land Tiling Project for SWROC

The University of Minnesota Southwest Research & Outreach Center (SWROC) is seeking responses from qualified responders for agricultural field tile repair and new tile installation on University-managed land leased by tenant Bruce Tiffany in Redwood County, Minnesota. The primary goal is to improve soil drainage, mitigate standing water, reduce soil compaction, and maximize long-term crop yield potential. The scope of work includes locating and mapping existing subsurface tile lines, integrating and repairing existing tile lines, installing new 4-inch subsurface plastic drain tile, and connecting new and integrated tile runs into the existing Redwood County main drainage tile infrastructure. • The project will take place between late September and early November 2026, prior to ground freeze. • The contractor must comply with all local, state, and NRCS standards during installation. • The contractor must provide an updated, accurate "as-built" tile map displaying all new and existing lines upon completion. • The contractor must include all equipment transportation and mobilization fees in the base cost proposal.
