The Pease Development Authority solicits a single 300‑gallon agricultural sprayer (Toro Multi‑Pro 5800 or equivalent) for its golf‑course, including complete accessories, on‑site training, documentation, delivery, and a 24‑month warranty. The contract is awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with all‑inclusive pricing and strict delivery and warranty requirements.
• One (1) 300‑gal sprayer meeting detailed technical specs (engine, electrical, frame, brakes, boom, pump, etc.)
• Includes on‑site training for PDA maintenance staff, full operation & service manuals, and a 24‑month full‑coverage warranty
• Delivery must occur by September 2 2024; payment terms are Net‑30 after acceptance; vendor must provide $1 M+ liability insurance and be listed on PDA’s Bidders List.
