On-Call Construction Services - Request for Information

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking information from contractors regarding the structure, pricing, and administration of potential on-call construction contracts. The contracts will be used to support RTD in general construction activities, including repairs, maintenance, and small project support across its facilities and infrastructure. The work may include civil/site work, concrete, utilities, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tasks, and emergency stabilization. RTD plans to seek contractors with demonstrated expertise in these services. • The individual project budgets per work order can vary between $20,000 to $250,000. • The On-Call Contractor shall self-perform a minimum of 30% of the executed Work Order. • The On-Call Contractor shall provide a detailed cost proposal, Work Plan, list of subcontractors, SBE participation, and detailed construction schedule for each Work Order. • The On-Call Contractor shall obtain all required permits from the municipality and/or agency where work will occur. • The construction and street occupancy permit fees will be reimbursed to the Contractor based on an actual invoice from the municipality.
