The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace chilled water and steam coils in several buildings at the Lyons, New Jersey VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for assessing the AHU location, de-energizing the AHU, and performing lockout/tagout of all associated power sources. The contractor will also be required to document existing site conditions, repair or replace any damaged components, and perform startup and verification of the new coils.
