Description
The Town of Weymouth is seeking qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive exterior renovation of the historic Emery Estate building. The work includes full envelope replacement (roof, flashing, siding, windows, doors), asbestos and lead‑based paint abatement, interior bathroom remodel, and associated site safety and environmental controls. Bidders must be DCAMM‑certified, provide a 5 % bid deposit, and submit electronic bids by the specified deadlines. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
