Wastewater Continuing Engineering Services

The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide architectural, engineering, land surveying, and geotechnical services for wastewater and reuse treatment facilities. The selected firm will act as the Engineer of Record for planning, condition assessment, design, permitting, procuring contractors, and engineering services during construction. The firm may also act as the Design Criteria Professional for preparing design criteria packages and providing owner's representative services. • The term of the contract is four years. • The County may choose to select another firm or use in-house staff to perform any of the above-described items in whole or in part. • Task assignments will be subject to scope definition and fee negotiation on a task-by-task basis. • A minimum mandatory goal of 20% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation is established for this contract. • Proposers must be CCNA certified with the Roadway Production Division of the Engineering and Public Works Department.
