Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the renewal of the Zendesk Suite. The suite must be brand-specific and meet the operating requirements of the using department. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from June 7, 2026. Bidders must provide a complete bid, including all required documentation and attachments. The county reserves the right to cancel the bid at any time and may procure similar goods and services from other sources.
• The bid must include the price for the Zendesk Suite - Enterprise per agent and the custom monthly services - fixed fee.
• The bid must be submitted online through the Vendor Self Service portal.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor or reseller of the Zendesk Suite.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer the products and services.
• The county will evaluate the bids based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
