Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Trillium software maintenance and support. The contract is for a period of one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance and support services for the Trillium software, including premium geocoding upgrade address points. The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for the Precisely Software Incorporated brand.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that they are authorized to offer the products and/or perform the services.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with the County of Los Angeles listed as the certificate holder.
• The bidder must provide a quotation for the services, including the unit price and extended amount.
• The bidder must meet the operating requirements of the using department.
• The bidder must provide professional services directly, with no third-party professional services considered.
