Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional service contractor to provide design services for the Belle Isle-Golf Range Parking Drainage project. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, code reviews and/or interpretations, project meetings, presentations, hearings, utility allocations requests, and/or connections, easements, or permits. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement
• Conducting code reviews and/or interpretations
• Attending project meetings, presentations, and hearings
• Obtaining utility allocations requests and/or connections, easements, or permits
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations
