Presolicitation Notice - O&M with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction, IDIQ MATOC in Support of DHA, East of the Mississippi Region

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM), intends to issue a solicitation to secure Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) with incidental repair and minor construction services in support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) facilities located throughout the East of the Mississippi (EOM) geographic region. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • Contract Term: Five (5) years • Shared MATOC Capacity: $450,000,000.00 across all awardees • Minimum Guarantee: $5,000.00 • Seed Project: The initial task order (seed project) utilized for evaluation will be located at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) in Bethesda, Maryland • Procurement Process: This acquisition will utilize a Single-Phase Best Value Tradeoff source selection process
