Pepperell Water Treatment Plant RFQ

The Town of Pepperell is seeking a contractor for the construction of a 1.3 million gallon per day water treatment plant. The project includes the construction of a new water treatment plant building, well pump replacement, influent and effluent pipelines, cartridge filtration, granular activated carbon vessels for PFAS removal, finished water clearwells, backwash residuals holding tank, chemical storage facilities, and appurtenant work. The project also includes the decommissioning of the existing water treatment plant, SCADA system, site utilities, HVAC, fire protection sprinkler and fire alarm systems, security system, interior and exterior lighting, painting, and plumbing. • The project delivery method for construction is bid-build. • The contractor will be responsible for constructing a 1.3 million gallon per day water treatment plant. • The project includes the construction of a new water treatment plant building, well pump replacement, and other appurtenant work. • The contractor will be responsible for decommissioning the existing water treatment plant. • The project includes the installation of a SCADA system, site utilities, HVAC, fire protection sprinkler and fire alarm systems, security system, interior and exterior lighting, painting, and plumbing.
