Description
The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for garbage and recycling services at Scenic State Park and 6 Forest Recreation Area campgrounds in Itasca County, Minnesota. The contract will begin on March 1, 2026, and end on February 29, 2028. Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal, and the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and terms will be awarded the contract.
• The services include all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, containers/dumpsters, and incidentals necessary for garbage and recycling services.
• The unit price must include all costs, such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, and use tax.
• A Price Schedule in Excel format is attached to the event, and bidders must download, complete, and upload it as part of their response.
• The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
