RFI - USMS AFD: Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Seized/Forfeited Vehicles for the All Districts within the United States

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking information from potential sources for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized and/or forfeited vehicles across the United States. The USMS is divided into seven regions, and each region will have a unique Statement of Work (SOW) and Pricing Schedule. Interested parties are required to provide a capability statement and complete a pricing schedule for each region of interest. The potential solicitation will be posted at the end of FY26 Q3, and each region will have a uniquely defined due date for proposal submission. • The USMS is looking for companies that can provide towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal services for seized and/or forfeited vehicles. • The services will be required across the United States, with each region having a unique SOW and Pricing Schedule. • Interested parties must provide a capability statement and complete a pricing schedule for each region of interest. • The potential solicitation will be posted at the end of FY26 Q3, with each region having a uniquely defined due date for proposal submission.
