Description
The United States Naval Academy (USNA) is seeking to renew the licensing and maintenance for the Momentus venue and event management software. This system supports the USNA venue managers in managing over 300 spaces available for various events. The selected vendor will provide services including software upgrades, security patches, maintenance, event management, and customer support. The contract will have a base period of one year, with two option years.
• The vendor will deliver and implement software upgrades and security patches.
• The vendor will provide event management services, including online space reservations and registration.
