51ST AVENUE LAKE PLEASANT WATER TREATMENT PLANT GRAVITY PIPELINE ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the design and construction of a new gravity sewer system. The project involves approximately 10,000 linear feet of new 24-inch gravity sewer along 51st Avenue from Cloud Road to Dove Valley Road. The selected team will be responsible for design, construction administration, and inspection services. The City will evaluate the submitted Statements of Qualifications based on criteria such as design experience, construction administration and inspection experience, and project understanding and approach. Key aspects of the project include: * Design and preparation of construction documents for the new gravity sewer system * Construction administration and inspection services * Coordination with the City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department and other outside agencies * Compliance with the City's procurement policies and procedures * Provision of a detailed project schedule and budget * Performance of data collection and field survey as necessary for the project * Performance of utility investigations and coordination to prevent conflicts with final design * Performance of detailed geotechnical investigations * Coordination with the City of Phoenix Real Estate Division as necessary for the project * Assistance in obtaining any required easements and licenses * Provision of bid phase assistance, including answering bidder questions and preparing and issuing addenda * Conduct of bid evaluation and making recommendations to the City on acceptance of the lowest responsive responsible bidder * Provision of possible construction administration and inspection services * Preparation of project schedules and holding progress meetings and workshops as needed to complete the work.
