Synopsis for Ocean Infrastructure (OI2) IDIQ Contract

The Navy’s Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) seeks a single‑award IDIQ contract to provide comprehensive ocean‑infrastructure services, including vessel provision, logistics, installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair across a broad range of maritime environments.
