Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide annual phone and email support, as well as software patches, for its Multi-Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) and Tactical Display Framework (TDF) licenses. The support is needed for 3 MSCT servers and 19 additional MSCT display licenses. The contract period is expected to be a base year with four subsequent option years. The contractor will not be required to install software or travel.
The key requirements of the job include:
• Providing annual 24x7 phone and email support for MSCT and TDF licenses
• Supplying software patches for MSCT and TDF licenses
• Supporting 3 MSCT servers and 19 MSCT display licenses
• Structuring the contract as a base year with four option years
