IF Matrix / BIT Receiver Assembly

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is soliciting quotes for the procurement of IF Matrix and Bit Receiver Assembly items on a sole source basis. The required items are IF Matrix (Qty. 7) and Bit Receiver Assembly (Qty. 3), with a delivery period of 44 weeks. The contractor must provide the items as identified, with no substitution allowed. The Government has determined that only Astronics Test System has the proprietary rights to the specifications needed to fulfill this requirement. • The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government’s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. • The Government’s method of payment will be electronic payment via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). • The contractor must include shipping charges in the price of the units, if applicable, and provide the best delivery date (not to exceed 44 weeks from award). • The contractor must provide proof that all items are shipped from the US, and that all items configured in house are new products. • The contractor must provide proof of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized reseller status.
