Description
The U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking information from capable sources to provide comprehensive Cadet Area Mission Operations (CAMO) support. The selected vendor will be responsible for a wide range of facility management, logistical, and specialized technical services across various departments. The core requirements include event support and management, facility management services, athletic department support, cadet and academic support, and visitor center technology management. Interested parties are requested to provide a Capability Statement addressing their company profile, capability and experience, and feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Event Support & Management: Logistical setup, teardown, and real-time management for 100+ annual USAFA Direct Mission events.
• Facility Management Services: Act as Facility Manager for 13 designated buildings, conducting weekly inspections, tracking work orders, and managing key/security control.
• Athletic Department Support: Operate the Cadet Field House Ice Arena, manage the AD UTV fleet, and repair athletic equipment to NCAA standards.
• Cadet & Academic Support: Manage dormitory furnishings and laundry operations for 4,600+ personnel, and operate a fabrication workshop for academic training aids.
• Visitor Center Technology Management: Provide comprehensive operational management and sustainment for the North Gate Visitor Center’s technology, including advanced Audiovisual (AV) systems, interactive exhibits, media servers, and supporting network infrastructure.
