District Mowing Services

The Edwardsburg Public Schools is seeking bids for lawn mowing services for the district's sites. The contract will be awarded on a per cut basis, and the successful bidder will be required to provide weekly mowing and trimming services from April 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026. The bidder must have experience in providing similar services and must provide a list of references. The contract may be extended annually for up to three years. • The bidder must provide a bid bond in the amount of the cost to cut the entire district one time. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation and liability insurance. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. • The bidder must provide a list of equipment to be used for the services. • The bidder must provide a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of the bid price.
