Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking bids for landscape cleanup and maintenance services at the Watsonville DMV Field Office. The contract term is 36 months, and the estimated total contract value is $10,870.00. The successful bidder must be certified as a small business by the State of California and possess a valid C27 contractor license. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for December 2, 2025.
• The scope of work includes a one-time landscape cleanup service and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services.
• The contractor must perform services during DMV business hours and schedule services with the DMV Project Manager.
• The contractor must submit a completed One-Time Landscape Cleanup Service Log and Bi-Weekly Landscape Maintenance Service Log after each service.
• The contractor must implement and practice low environmental impact practices while performing landscaping cleanup and maintenance services.
• The contractor must comply with material label guidelines for application of any materials used on DMV property.
