The project aims to establish a collaborative model for inter-agency cooperation and information sharing, provide technical assistance and mentorship, and strengthen asset management capacity. The project will engage key stakeholders across Bosnia and Herzegovina's criminal justice and financial oversight sectors. Key activities include establishing joint investigation teams, facilitating mentorship partnerships, providing technical assistance, and building capabilities for asset management. The project is expected to have a duration of 30-36 months and a budget of $600,000 to $700,000. • The project will establish and operationalize at least three functional joint investigation teams to conduct complex investigations targeting transnational criminal organizations and high-level corruption. • The project will facilitate sustained mentorship partnerships between BiH practitioners and U.S. counterparts through regular mentorship sessions, study tours, and expert exchanges. • The project will provide technical assistance and expert support for high-priority investigations, including advanced investigative techniques and facilitation of international cooperation and information sharing. • The project will build capabilities for BiH's seized assets management agencies through partnership development with U.S. counterpart agencies, development of best practice guides, and specialized training programs.
