ECONOMIC CRIMES TEAM ADVISOR - PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTOR

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) seeks highly qualified individuals to serve as Economic Crimes Team Advisors under a personal services contract. Advisors will provide expert technical assistance to foreign governments on anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regime development, including policy advice, training, legal framework support, and capacity building. The role requires extensive experience in financial crime investigation, AML/CFT regulation, and international standards, with significant international travel and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Salary is hourly, ranging from $81.11 to $100.38, with overseas benefits as allowed by federal regulations. • Provide advisory services to foreign governments on AML/CFT policy, implementation, and enforcement. • Conduct training, mentorship, and technical assistance to ministries, central banks, FIUs, and related agencies. • Contribute to legal framework development, task‑force creation, and asset management in high‑risk environments.
