HVAC Improvements and Renovations at Centennial Academy

The Atlanta Public Schools (APS) is seeking competitive bids for the building HVAC improvements and renovations at Centennial Academy. The project area is 63,850 sqft and the anticipated start date is May 25th, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of July 24th, 2026. The project will be bonded, and contractors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with their sealed bid. The project encourages participation from Minority, Women, or Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (MWDBEs). • The project requires various trades, including Drywall, Ceiling tile, Flooring, Roofing, Painting, Concrete, Masonry, and MEP trades. • Davis-Bacon wages are not required. • All mechanical equipment will be pre-purchased by Maxair. • The installing Mechanical and Electrical Contractor shall warrant pre-purchased equipment for a period of one calendar year. • Contractors must adhere to all Maxair and APS safety guidelines/standards.
