Description
The City of College Park is seeking a qualified professional consulting firm to act as the Safety Action Plan Consultant for developing a comprehensive Vision Zero Safety Action Plan under the U.S. DOT FY2024 Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) program. The consultant will be responsible for data collection, stakeholder engagement, analysis of crash data, development of safety strategies, and preparation of a final actionable plan that aligns with federal guidelines. The contract is issued as a public RFQ, and proposals are due by September 11 2026.
• Scope includes full development of a city‑wide Vision Zero Safety Action Plan.
• Required deliverables: data analysis, stakeholder workshops, draft and final plan documents, implementation recommendations.
• Contractor must be a professional consulting firm with experience in transportation safety planning and federal SS4A programs.
• Subconsultant disclosures and certifications are required.
